Users can manage all the patterns in the factory in a unified manner and send different patterns to the specified machine according to the order.

This function allows the user to know the real-time progress of the order in time. The system estimates the completion time of the order according to the latest production schedule, and can display different color level warnings according to the deviation between the predicted order progress and the actual order progress. The production plan is adjusted to facilitate the completion of orders on time.
On-site monitoring
The server monitors the real-time working information of each embroidery machine, such as the current embroidery pattern information of each machine, the embroidery progress, the machine running status, etc., so that the user can know the working status of each machine in time.
employee information
The system can manage the embroidery workers in a unified manner and can edit the embroidery materials. The system calculates the number of workpieces and working hours of the embroidery in real time, and provides data for the wage calculation of the embroidery worker. The system also supports statistical data export function, which is convenient for printing, archiving and so on.
Machine information
The system will count various events happening in the machine and classify and manage them. The mechanical personnel will perform machine maintenance in advance according to the statistical data, reduce the number and time of machine failures, extend the life of the machine, and save maintenance costs.
