I have been working at Shanlong for 8 years and have been involved in the research and development of carving machine CNC systems, SCARA, intelligent screw machines and other products and projects. At the end of 2016, the online visual screw machine developed by the company was fully launched on L customer's automotive electronic product production line. In the early stages of the project, due to insufficient product applicability and insufficient understanding of customer processes, Li Yuanfu led his team to work overtime at the customer site, coordinate internal research and development resources to quickly solve product problems, and actively communicate with customers for process improvement. After more than a month of hard work day and night, the project was delivered perfectly. Since then, the Shanlong Robot Integration Team, with Li Yuanfu as the core, has demanded the concept of 'continuous improvement, product first, and high-quality service' for itself and the team.

Everything is difficult at the beginning, and with the experience of L customers, Shanlong's online visual screw machine has started to replicate and promote in segmented markets. At the T customer site, the Shanlong screw machine has received high praise from customers for its flexibility, efficiency, and stability. The on-site production only takes 5 minutes, with a yield of 99.98%, and operates 24 hours a day without interruption.

The excellent performance of Shanlong's online visual screw machine has gradually attracted the favor of more enterprises. In January 2019, Shanlong Intelligent Control and Skyworth Intelligent officially became strategic partners.
