System access method

Users can access the server through their personal computer to learn about the status information, order progress, and other information of each embroidery machine. Users can also access the server through other mobile terminals such as mobile phones, and access real-time data anytime and anywhere.
Pattern information
Users can query, upload, and delete patterns from the embroidery machine through the server, without the need to copy patterns through a USB flash drive. This ensures the security of the patterns and prevents them from leaking out. Users can uniformly manage all patterns in the factory and send different patterns to designated machines based on orders.
Order Information
This function allows users to timely understand the real-time progress of orders. The system estimates the completion time of orders based on the latest production progress, and displays different color level warnings based on the deviation between the predicted order progress and the actual order progress, so that managers can adjust production plans and promote the timely completion of orders.
On site monitoring
The server monitors the real-time working information of each embroidery machine, such as the current embroidery pattern information, embroidery progress, machine operation status, etc., allowing users to timely understand the working status of each machine.
Employee Information
This system can manage embroidery workers uniformly and edit embroidery data. The system provides real-time statistics on the number of processed workpieces and working hours of embroidery workers, thereby providing data for the calculation of embroidery workers' wages. The system also supports statistical data export function, making it convenient for printing, archiving, and more.
Machine Information
The system will count various events that occur on the machine and classify them for management. Based on the statistical data, mechanical personnel will perform machine maintenance in advance, reduce the frequency and time of machine failures and shutdowns, extend machine life, and save maintenance costs.
